Wilson Tool International is Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Near Hugo, MN

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes maximizing efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master data maintenance (materials, bill of materials, pricing & routings)
  • Master data projects (mass fixes, queries, reporting)
  • New product costing and/or pricing analysis
  • Conduct time and efficiency studies
  • Analyze and recommend layout and work flow
  • Review and recommend updates to production standards
  • Research and recommend capital equipment purchases
  • Project research, justification, and implementation
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiarity with a production environment and advanced manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Mastery of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Project management experience, specifically capital research/installation projects
  • Master Data management experience
  • Solid Works experience
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
  • Visual Basics programming
  • CMM programming
  • SAP
